A lentil that rules the southern part of India. In ancient times, Urad Dal was regarded as the most highly prized pulses of India. To maintain its distinguished flavour, we exercise it in a clean and hygienic chamber. In addition to this, the lentil comes in two forms - one as whole urad bean and second as a split. The former one is used in making a thick Indian curry, and the latter one used in varied south Indian dishes.
